No. By Texas law, we provide everything for your frozen margarita bar except the alcohol. You simply add your own tequila — or keep it virgin for an all-ages, family-friendly crowd. When we set up, we'll walk you through exactly how much to add for the perfect balance. This also lets you control the strength and choose the brand you love.
Plan for roughly 45–60 minutes after the mix is added to reach that perfect slushy, frozen texture. We recommend starting the machine before guests arrive so the very first round is ready when they are. Once it's frozen, it stays frozen and keeps pouring throughout your event.
Our two signature flavors are Classic Lime and Strawberry. Because the machine is dual-bowl, you can choose one flavor or run both at the same time — perfect for giving guests a choice. Both are crowd-pleasers and pair beautifully with tequila or stay delicious as a virgin frozen drink.
Delivery is free within 10 miles of Roanoke, TX. Beyond that, we happily deliver throughout the greater DFW metroplex — including Trophy Club, Southlake, Westlake, Keller, Argyle, Grapevine, and Fort Worth — for a simple, transparent delivery fee based on distance. The Tipsy Lime Experience includes a commercial dual-bowl frozen margarita machine, a 24-hour rental, full setup and pickup, your choice of two flavors, plus cups, straws, and salt rims. Free delivery is included within 10 miles of Roanoke. Everything but the liquor is taken care of.
The machine plugs into a standard household outlet (110V). For best performance, it should have a dedicated outlet that isn't shared with other high-draw appliances, and be placed within reach of a power source. If your event is outdoors or somewhere without easy access to power, just let us know in advance and we'll help you plan the setup.
Absolutely — setup and pickup are included in every rental. We deliver the machine at your chosen drop-off window, get it positioned and running, and walk you through simple operation. When your event wraps, we come back to pick it up and handle the cleanup. It's completely hands-off for you.
Yes! The standard package is a 24-hour rental, but you can add extra rental days right at checkout for just $100 per day. Perfect for weekend weddings, multi-day celebrations, or when you'd simply like a little more time.
A deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before delivery, and you can pay it securely online — so there's nothing to handle on event day. You'll receive clear reminders along the way.
We understand plans change. You may cancel for a full refund of your deposit up to 7 days before your event. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to a future date, subject to availability. We'll always do our best to work with you — just reach out as early as you can.
